OSRAM halogen lamps are available with internationally standardized pin and screw bases, with or without reflectors in a wide variety of shapes, sizes, wattages and light colors – in particularly bright, durable, compact and energy-saving versions. Almost all are equipped with UV filters to protect against bleaching as standard.

OSRAM halogen lamps are attractive even before they have been switched on. And with their aesthetic light they are capable of giving even unremarkable rooms an attractive and gently modelled atmosphere. With halogen you can provide not only background lighting of great style but also specific accent lighting. With our smallest halogen lamps for example you can change an ordinary luminaire into a reflector lamp with pinpoint accurate light. Virtually any luminaire can nowadays be equipped with efficient and attractive halogen light. Most of our halogen lamps comply with the IEC 60598-1 safety standard so they can be used in unshielded luminaires.
